These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Carevolve ("Carevolve", "we", "us"), an AI-powered career intelligence platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Carevolve provides AI-assisted CV optimization, job-matching, market research and career guidance. Outputs are generated by AI models and provided for informational purposes only — they do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Carevolve.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you don't have rights to share.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use Carevolve to mislead employers or misrepresent qualifications.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Carevolve a limited license to process that content to provide the service. The platform, brand and underlying software remain Carevolve's property.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee job offers, interviews, or specific career outcomes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carevolve's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days in advance.
